After i updated my https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z370%20Professional%20Gaming%20i7/index.asp#Support" rel="nofollow - Fatal1ty Z370 Professional Gaming i7 to https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z370%20Professional%20Gaming%20i7/index.asp#BIOS" rel="nofollow - bios 1.70 my pc restarts instead of shutting down.
Anyone else got this behavior? Or is it something else that can cause it? (windows update?)

Yes there are known issues with BIOS updates that update CPU Microcode to revision 84.
Do you know which version BIOS you were running before update ? I suggest you flash back to that version if it was running fine.
