Hello,
When I booting into the Windows 10 64-bit and everything works well until the next reboot (the operating system was installed on another earlier computer, then the hard drive was moved) The system does not display anything, error code shows 62.

And if I want to go into the BIOS, I can see the BIOS menu for about 5 seconds.
Then everything hangs.

Dear kurono,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Regarding first question, due to the chipset and CPU may not the same, so we recommend re-installing a clean Windows for your system and then verify again.

Regarding second question, please only install CPU, one stick memory and VGA card, and then start up the system to verify.
In the meantime, please clear CMOS and also try different memory DIMM slots.
Install A2/B2 first, and then install C2/D2.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
