AB350 Pro4 no power after flash from 4.60 to 4.70

Instant Flash said it was successful so I hit enter to reboot and the system reacted like it lost power (its Corsair AX850 is plugged into a Cyberpower CP1500PFCLCD with a full battery). I cannot get the system to power on now. Would appreciate some thoughts while I troubleshoot...

To get to this point I booted into the BIOS and F9'd/loaded the UEFI defaults.
After F10'ing to save and reboot I did F6 to Instant Flash and flashed 4.70 from a Mushkin 8GB USB formatted to FAT32.
As mentioned the process indicated it was successful so I hit enter to reboot...

I have jumpered the BIOS which resulted in no change.
Am letting the system sit ATM without the CMOS battery.
If that doesn't work I am going to try a spare PSU.

System specs:
Lian Li PC-A05FN
Corsair AX850
ASRock AB350 Pro4
AMD Ryzen 2400G
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4 3000 CMK8GX4M2B3000C15
Toshiba OCZ ARC 100 240GB

Put a new Corsair RM650i in and the system is up and running... The AX850 is powering on outside of the system using the paperclip trick. I knew I should have bought some Vodka on the way home tonight.
