Then the GPU water block also has lights, which is plugged into the 2nd header. Both plugs are not 5050 format, but is same to fan type of socket, but the internal spacing is same, wiring layout is same, where 12V+ POSITIVE is on one end edge side mark with a arrow pointing direction, this must go to the mobo's header 12V+, while the other 3 pins of negative power, which are signal for the respective red green blue.
