I have a USB port tester plugging it in back does not show me any voltage completely dead. And it is normal in front of everything. I reset the BIOS several times and restart again. Can you give me a hand? |

If someone else happens to the right of the USB port there is a fuse not recommended to jump over it burned to replace it with a new one. |

Looks like you found the fuse. If you are up for some board level soldering to replace it, that should fix the problem. You must have triggered the ESD protection (blown the fuse). Good luck with the repair, let us know how it goes  -------------
