Greetings,

After installing all the necessary win10 drivers for ASrock AB350M Pro4 I cannot get the sound to work using the back or the front audio panel.

I tried install my speakers to another device and they are working correctly.

Please assist me with this matter.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter to the BIOS setup and then press [F9] to load BIOS default setting to verify.

2. Please re-install Realtek high definition audio driver ver:8308 from the link below for Win 10-64bit OS to verify.

3. If possible, please install other audio devices to verify.
