I guess M2_2 is faulty?

No.
I removed all other drives, only left M2_2 in, and there was nothing in BIOS.

" rel="nofollow - Do you have any regular SATA devices connected (specifically on sata 4 & 5)  ? If not I would email Tech support as it sounds like a defect.
