Hi,
I feel really stupid asking this question, but I'm having trouble getting my Samsung PM961 to work, which is a M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 x4 card. Now I thought that it would be the slot on the back of the board, but the drive is not recognized there.

Then I realized that there is supposed to be a second M.2 slot, but for the life of me I cannot find it. I have even removed the WiFi module, but that has another connector and is definitely not it! Confused

Thank you in advance for your help!

Edit: In the Overview (  https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20AB350%20Gaming-ITXac/index.asp" rel="nofollow - https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20AB350%20Gaming-ITXac/index.asp  ), it clearly says "On the back: Ultra M.2 Socket (PCIe Gen3 x4 & SATA3)", which I assume is for NVMe?

" rel="nofollow - Yes, the Ultra M.2 Socket on the back side of the motherboard (also shown in the manual) is for the NVMe. If you're planning on making the PM961 your boot drive, you should check out these instructions by parsec, if you haven't already:

Some Samsung drives had problems with UEFI's older than 4.50, so be sure to flash to 4.50 or later UEFI then your drive will be recgonized

Cheers

This indeed did the trick! After the update to 4.60 the drive was recognized and W10 is already installed by now!

Thank you guys for your answers!
