 As you can see the manual clearly shows that there was an HPET option in whatever BIOS version they screenshotted for it. However, in 2.00 at least (and definitely 1.8 too), there has been no option to disable hardware HPET. It's totally removed from that page. Can it be replaced or updated? I don't think it would be wise to downgrade my bios esp since I have just about everything overclocked and memory tends to have problems with downgraded bios. The function is disabled in general with the /useplatformclock commands but I'd like an option to disable it hardware too. ------------- twitchtv/felicityc |
