Hello,

I have a B760M PG Lightning DDR5 motherboard and an i7 12700KF processor. My processor reaches 100 ÂșC under full load and thermal trhottling occurs. What I need is to activate the voltage offset in the BIOS, since using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility there is no way to do it (thermal overclocking and voltage offset options are always greyed out).

I also need to know in which units I should write the voltage in the BIOS of my motherboard. Volts or millivolts?

Thanks.
