I had zero issues before with these led pins or led lights. I was trying to changing the colors of my cpu because I wanted to have a photoshoot with my setup.
The Asrock rgb software is having error from time to time but I don't really mind that. Today I was trying to open it, the error shows up then my computer suddenly restart for a force windows update. When I got back to the windows, the led lights won't change color anymore.
I tried to change the led colors from Bios, still won't work. I tried restarting the motherboard by changing the CMOS (or force restart bios) in my motherboard with attached and unattached led lights from the led pins. They still won't work. Please help me fix this. This is really frustrating.
I'm 100% sure this cause from the ASROCK rgb software. Please don't make me regret that I chose this product.

" rel="nofollow - Which motherboard? Did the LEDs light at all? Do you mean that they are stuck on one colour? Did you completely reset the CMOS?

" rel="nofollow - I'm using Asrock AB350 Gaming K4. Yes, they suddenly stuck at one color.
I only used the jumpstart pin, should I remove the battery as well ?

Here's what I would do to make sure it's fully reset. Shut down. Unplug the power supply from the wall socket. Press the power button for 10 seconds to discharge the capacitors. Move the Clear CMOS link for 30 seconds. You can try removing the lithium battery too. Restore the link. Restore the power. Boot to BIOS. LEDs should default to off. Test.

" rel="nofollow - When you first powered up after the reset did the LEDs default to off? Can you turn them on/make them flash? Are the LEDs correctly connected to the header - not offset by one pin? What colour are they stuck on?

Yes it was set to off but the led lights will automatically turn on when I attach it. Just to let you know I dettached the led lights when I reset the CMOS. I cannot apply effect on it like flash, breathing etc. It just stays static and stuck in one color Yes the pins are attached correctly. I also tried to update the latest Bios, still won't work.
It's quite hopeless for me because all these google research, it looks like that I'm the only one has a problem like this.
The color that I stuck with is reddish pink.
I still have its warranty, tomorrow I'll bring it back to the shop but maybe if you have some other solutions that I can still try. I would appreciate it.

It sounds as though the driver circuit has failed. It doesn't seem to be a software issue. I can't think of anything else to try. As you are still within your return window, I suggest you get a replacement.

I have the same problem. My LED strips worked fine initially, but now they're basically stuck on one color. When I try to adjust them with the ASRock software, they barely change.

Did you ever figure this one out? The exact same thing is happening to me I think. My IO Cover is always green no matter what. It lights up as soon as the MOBO receives power and does not flicker or shut off until I unplug the power, but my Chipset Cover RGBs works great.
