Hi all, my first post.
I have just built this machine to up grade from my i7 2600 Asrock H77 Pro4 that has served me many years, my problem is moving the Blackmagic Intensity Pro https://www.cnet.com/products/blackmagic-intensity-pro-video-input-adapter-pcie-series/specs/ it is not detecting it in PCIe3, or any other cards for that matter, has anyone else had this issue?

Counting on the original age of the card it may not be PCIe 3.0.
