" rel="nofollow - Hello, unfortunately i've been having issue with my system since day one. I run a 2400g on an Asrock AB350M-HDV. A lot of tweaking and fixing got me to the point where my system runs stable. I was curious to the new BIOS (4.8) and decided to flash it over the 4.7 BIOS. Not much changed, but my CPU does not respond to my voltage input anymore. I've got the cpu at 3500 @ 1.2v for heat/power consumption reasons. But unlike the previous BIOS, it still jumps up to 1.264v at times and gets to hot for my liking. Turbo is Disabled, i can verify this in Hwmonitor and CPUz. Why is my CPU suddenly not repsponding to my input voltage of 1.2v ? Also, there is a 4.72(Beta) bios that has an update to AMD AGESA. I'm not sure what this does and i'm uncertain if i should use that BIOS. 4.7 is AGESA 1.0.0.1 4.8, i don't know. it doesn't specify anywhere. 4.72 is AGESA 1.0.0.3 I figured 4.8 would be 1.0.0.3 since it's a newer bios then 4.72.  I found evident: ASRock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming ITX/AC based on ISL95712 and have CPU and SoC offset controls. https://nl.hardware.info/product/403179/asrock-fatal1ty-ab350-gaming-itxac/fotos So give us: - LOCK_SVID - SET_VID_CORE - OFFSET_CORE - SET_VID_NB - OFFSET_NB and probably: - LOADLINE_PWRSTATE_CORE - LOADLINE_PWRSTATE_NB for all mobos where ISL95712 used. Or I will: 1. go to new egg and write review with info from that my posts for all asrock mobos based on ISL95712 2. do not recommend and wont buy any asrock mobos. |

Hi, here to report back. I dropped back to BIOS 4.7 from 4.8. I can now adjust voltage to my likings. Still unstable system tho. It''s not being kind to me at all. |
