The display outputs on the board are for use with APUs. APUs have a built in iGPU on the processor. Without an iGPU the display outputs do not work. You are using a Ryzen 5 1600, you need a GPU. This is because AMD unified both APUs and regular CPUs with AM4 so the boards need display outputs to support APUs. They serve no purpose with normal CPUs. -------------
