Go back to Bios 3.20. The newer BIOS does not display clocks correctly in Windows. It'll always show the stock base clock, which for the 1800X is 3.6. If you want to use the newer BIOS, the overclock is actually working.

I said newer. 4.4 is older now from what's been put out. Look at his pictures. He's clearly using ASRock setting and NOT AMD CBS.

4.4 and 4.6 are barely different. There's a month apart, and they are very different. Check AGESA info.
