Hello, I have several questions regarding o.c First why oc tweaker is the only way to modify voltage outside of a pstate? I was forced to set a voltage on pstate0 for a 4ghz o.c on my 1600x at 1.375v.  if

The other question ,is it possible to set an o.c using oc tweaker options and still be able to clockdown on idle? or oc tweaker forces the pc to stay at max clock all the time?

Currenlty I have my pc on amd settings on the oc tweaker tab, and a pstate 0 modified to 4ghz and 1.375volts,  this works perfectly so far bbut I was just wondering about this features on asrock as other boards allow an offset voltage to be set outside of pstate but in asrock boards I dont have a way to modify voltage outside of pstates.
