Hi, I'm really curious. I'm using the x370 taichi
motherboard now. I am wondering if it is Bristol Ridge cpu a12 9800 compatible.
Please explain in detail

I can not recognize it after my 2700x replacement due to my mistake. I am going to update the motherboard after installing a12 9800 cpu.

I want to update BIOS after installing "a12 9800" Please let me know if the compatible motherboard is compatible with cpu

sorry your question is a bit badly worded

do you wish to use a a12 9800 apu to update the bios to make the 2700x work ?

if that is the case there is no bios facility for the bristol ridge apu's due to the taichi not having video outputs on board,this would be why the cpu support list does not name ANY apu's

if you require the taichi to run a 2700x cpu and your taichi still has early bios versions you have other options

borrow a early ryzen cpu to flash bios
request a ryzen boot kit from amd (although you need the ryzen cpu not an apu)
or get a local pc repair shop to flash it for you

No, his only option is to get a Ryzen 1st gen chip.  AMD Boot Kits that they send out are Bristol Ridge APU's as well.
