Hello Guys!,
I've just gotten my new parts home, and put together my new PC:
ASRock Killer x299 sli/ac
Intel i7 7820x
Zotac GTX 970 (and yes I know this is an old baby, but I'm buying a newer one later, either way this one worked in my old pc, so it should still work in this one)
Master cooler Masterliquid lite 240 watercooler
2x8GB (3000 MHz) Corsair Vengaence LPT
Energon 750 Watts PSU (this is 10 years old, but worked in my old pc yesterday)
So what happens is I power the PC on and it doesent even get to BIOS, and 10 seconds after it just restarts and tryes again.
I wasn't sure at first if my old powersupply had enough juice so I tried taking out pins for fans and the graphicscard etc, to see if maybe at least I could get life in the board itself, but nothing worked.
I tryed clearing CMOS with the reset pin, which I actually thought worked at first since it was booting for longer time maybe 30seconds, but then it just restarted again.
So yea I'm at a loss, right now as to what could be the problem.
I am sure that I have put the pins correctly as I've even consulted the manual now just to be sure, and everything seems to be in order.
I'm really bummed out about it, and hope someone cares to help me soon.

PS.
I considered buying a new PSU, but I'm already a bit over budget, and would like not to spend more, unless I'm absolutely sure the PSU is the problem. I unfortunately do not have a spare to test with.
