" rel="nofollow - I can?™t seem to reflash UEFI.
My UEFI says it is 1.0 on the main page. 1.5 is the latest on the website. I download it, place it on a USB, chose instant flash... it finds the file. Select file and proceed... system reboots in a few seconds to Win10. Reentering UEFI it still says 1.0.. Nothing happened? Tried 3 times with same result...
Motherboard is H370M ITX/ac.

According to the Asrock support page, the first BIOS for http://i.viglink.com/%3ckey=d7d7aa5ced1ebc0821effbccab897fa0&insertId=7d171b8e4ee540b6be39dd83b577c9ce&type=H&mid=184056&exp=60%3ACI1C55A%3A7&libId=jinyz2mm010009ks000DA5jmuawsc&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.asrock.com%2Fforum_posts.asp%3FTID%3D8981%26title%3Dinstant-flash-not-working&v=1&out=http%3A%2F%2Frd.bizrate.com%2Frd%3Ft%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fwww.amazon.com%252Fdp%252FB07C92TLTP%252Fref%253Dasc_df_B07C92TLTP1528110000000%253Ftag%253Dshopzilla0d-20%2526ascsubtag%253Dshopzilla_rev_386-20%253BSZ_REDIRECT_ID%2526creative%253D395261%2526creativeASIN%253DB07C92TLTP%2526linkCode%253Dasn%26mid%3D184056%26cat_id%3D419%26atom%3D10028%26prod_id%3D%26oid%3D8754906528%26pos%3D1%26b_id%3D18%26bid_type%3D4%26bamt%3D8ce963fd28c815ed%26cobrand%3D1%26ppr%3D15cad31ed4ea17fd%26rf%3Daf1%26af_assettype_id%3D12%26af_creative_id%3D2973%26af_id%3D615103%26af_placement_id%3D1%26dv%3D1b9b1b86545a4826712bf3aefbedd99b&ref=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.asrock.com%2Fforum_topics.asp%3FFID%3D11%26title%3Dintel-motherboards&title=Instant%20flash%20not%20working%20-%20ASRock%20Forums&txt=%3Cspan%3EH370M%3C%2Fspan%3E" rel="nofollow - H370M ITX/ac is v1.20:

Same if I go to the Asrock FTP site.  Are you sure you have BIOS 1.00 ? Can you take a picture of the main BIOS screen or use CPU-Z and check the motherboard tab and upload a picture ?
The newer BIOS only give extra support for some Add-on video cards so if your board is running fine I suggest you not try to update the BIOS.

I saw that 1.2 was supposed to be the first version too. Yet, that's not what I see. UEFI says P1.00. I would post a photo to prove that but I can't find a way to upload it... Insert image does not work... Paste does not work for images...

I found a workaround for this using the ASRock Live Update and App Shop. That showed my current UEFI as 1.0 and the latest as 1.5 (as reported above), but starting the update from this App worked fine. Now UEFI Main Page shows 1.5. Since 1.0 is not even shown on this site there's no way to know what this fixed but I feel happier to have the most recent version loaded... Thx!

Wow that is great ! So the Windows Flash via Live Update worked where Instant Flash did not. Your info may help others that have the same issue. Thanks!
