to what did you answer "no" exactly? i don't understand if you changed mobo and now you don't have Asrock anymore....or if you changed and now you have i know 3200 is possible but i don't want to OC the RAM. if i buy 3000mhz i would set to 3000,no more.

to be fair if you can find any difference in the ram at 3000 or at 2933 EVEN in a synthetic benchmark id be very very surprised ! what will make a difference is the latency the ram runs at to get any noticable gains you need to increase ram speed by 400-500 mhz once your over the 2666 mark AND maintain low latencys eg 2666mhz cl14 vs 3200 cl14 noticable 2666mhz cl14 vs 3000 cl16 may well be worse with the faster ram ------------- [url=https://valid.x86.fr/jpg250]  [/url]3800X, powercolor reddevil vega64, gskill tridentz3866, taichix370, evga750watt gold |
