Its may be too late for answer, but let me try.
It is used to recover from bad boot ROM images. Specifically, it appears to be used to connect an alternate ROM with a working image, or program unit like ch341a_spi.

If you have correct 10-pin connector you may try recover ROM. But ring a pins before use it with.

Do You know pinout of PH1 header? I could program BIOS if I knew pinout. Please upload information if You have some

1-8 - spi flash pins like in chip datasheet
x - empty pin
n - dont know, doesnt ring
