Hi! I just bought ASRock Z690 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB4 motherboard. It's advertised as supporting USB4/TB4, but it never worked. I connect enclosures to USB-C port and they all demonstrate really poor speeds, like 500Mb/s write. Same enclosure shows 3,000Mb/s writes on other computers, even on a 4 year old one. All drivers are updated. Windows 10, latest updates installed.

Can you please help?
