Hi, my X370 Gaming X is working ok at first.
Recently system has started to be unstable.
When memory XMP 2.0 Debug showing code 24
When system running with memory to default 2133Mhz Debug showing code 40

Please explain what error codes mean and help.

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Dr.Debug code 24, 40 indicates the problem relates to memory, we provide some suggestion for verifying:

1. Please refer to user manual page 26 to clear CMOS.

2. Please only install one stick memory to each DRAM slot by turns to check if system can boot properly.

3. Under BIOS setup, please load memory XMP profile and also adjust the memory frequency to DDR4-2133 manually to verify.
