" rel="nofollow - hi everyone, im running a asrock fatal1ty ab350 gaming k4 motherboard, and a ryzen 3 1200, and 16gb of xpg spectrix d40 rgb 3000 MHz ram. when the 2666 MHz xmp profile is selected everything runs ok but slower benchmark/gaming scores. when I run the 3000 MHz/2933 MHz xmp profile everything seems ok but whenever I restart the pc it takes a little bit to post. when xmp 2666 MHz is being used the pc posts a lot faster. anyone here know whats going on?

pretty much what it says
when you boot it trains the board to run the timings
hence why its taking a little longer

" rel="nofollow - ya but my question is, why does it do that only at 2933 MHz? and not at 2666 mhz.

Your 1000-series processor's memory management unit is designed to run natively at 2666 MHz. Anything faster is technically an overclock. With 2000-series it has been extended to 2933 MHz.
