Hello, I am in the process of finalizing windows 7 but my mobo doesn't recognize my usb mouse/keyboard. It works in the BIOS but not on the windows 7 setting screen.

I've read that I need to enable the PS/2 simulator but there is no option in BIOS.

I have a B360 Pro4 motherboard with the 1151 socket.

Dear Beamp14,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Intel 300 series chipset has removed their support for Enhanced Host Controller Interface; USB may not work at Windows 7.

Due to Intel officially only support Windows 10 64-bit at B360 chipset and only provide the Windows 10-64bit driver, we suggest installing the Windows 10 for better compatibility.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD
