I've recently bought a TPM2-S (V2.0) module but they don't work on my AsRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance motherboard.

The BIOS is up-to-date to the latest version: 2.60.

Under Trusted Computing, in the UEFI setup, I have enabled:
Auto Detect Security Device
Security Device Support
...but the TPM is still Turned Off and Windows can't detect it.

Is it possible to enable support for my TPM module?
