" rel="nofollow - Brand new Z370 Extreme4 developed an issue where SATA 3_2 will refuse to detect a drive. Filled out the customer service form on June 15th and received a prompt reply from "Eric". After some troubleshooting, he promised that customer service would contact me with an RMA#

After a month, I had heard nothing. I emailed Eric and he told me to call directly to 909590830 in order to get an RMA #.  Spoke with a grumpy woman who curtly took my email address and promised to email me an RMA #.

I heard nothing. I emailed Eric again and heard nothing.  This process started more than 2 months ago and I'm being ignored.  What's the deal, ASRock?

It really is hard dealing with CSR as I feel like some are too lazy to attend to the clients concern.
