" rel="nofollow - OS: windows 10 64bit everything updated (including all the 3rd party drivers etc).

CPU: i7 8700

Ram: samsung b die 3200 cl14 16gb (2x8)

GPU: Sapphire impulse RX 580 8gb

MoBo: Asrock z370 taichi latest bios.

PSU: Seasonic titanium grade 850 watt

2xSSDs
2xHDDs
1xBlurayRecorder/player combo
1xFrontpanel with 2xUSB,2xUSB3,1xUSBcard reader and headphone jack + mic jack

Ok so what happens is that the computer stutters/buzzes for a split second and everything is normal before or after that event (no blue screens no programs exiting or hanging no corrupted data or lost files etc)

At first I thought it could be signal interference coming from the analog side of my audio (since I plug my headphones in the frontside jack of the case which connects through a long cable to the MoBo and essentially is an antenna that can pick up interference.. )

But its not only the buzz noise/stutter the computer freezes for a split second too so its not just the audio... e.g if I watch a video the frame-rate will stutter for a split second too or if I play a game the game will stutter for a split second but without crashing etc.

Everything in my system is brand new and well cooled.. what the heck could go wrong?

The biggest curiosity (besides the event it self) is that nothing crashes or corruptions etc the computer is fully functional without any issue except this random even that happens like 4-5 times during lets say an 8 hour session with the computer..

Stress tests and burning test or memory tests all run without an issue for hours

PS: The above post is a copy paste I posted on reddit a couple of weeks back but did not receive a response with a solution.
Now That I disconnected the second SSD  the issue seems to have become better( happens more rarely but it still happens)

PPS: Asrock should not have such a bad Sata config on such an expensive board!  It has 8 SATA ports but essentially you cant use all of them because of conflicts and as far as I can tell you cant even use 5 of them... I had 2 SSDs 2 HDDs 1 Blurayrecorder and no m.2 devices etc and still it seems to cause issues...

PPPS:

I am too bored to reread the manual an explain which ports are hooked up, when I installed it I connected the port in such a way so that they wont crosstalk according to the manual but dont remember the names right now here is a symbol drawing showing the ports I connected each "[   ]" is a Sata port there are 8 total split in 2 rows of 4 ports per row.

[HDD1][BLUrayRec][SSD2][C:SSD]
[HDD2][  empty    ][empty][emtpy]

That was my initial config where the choppy sound was more frequent.

Now after pluging out one SSD it looks like this.

[HDD1][BluRayRec][C:SSD][Empty]
[HDD2][  Empty    ][Empty][Empty]

Being like that I hear less chops.. but there are still some chops just not as frequent

It might be a coincidence the the SATA ports and drivers may have nothing to do with the issue I just noticed less buzzes after disconnecting one SSD and this could be a coincidenceI dont know.

Orientation of the above schematics:

The left side is "down" (closer to the pin layout for HDDLED power led etc)

the the right side is "up" (Closer to motherboard PSU molex connector and the RAM slots)
