When playing game will turn off computer randomly.
Is that RAM (CT8G4DFS824A) not supported in AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac?
So the computer shuts down due to my RAM ?

cant be ram, shutdown is either coming from your PSU or from overheating

Dear Atheist,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

For this case, we would like to provide following technical suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS. (page 28)

2. Please download and re-install all drivers from the following link.

(Note: Please remove previous drivers first.)

3. Please only install one stick memory for checking. Also try another memory with the same step.

4. Please do not connect unnecessary devices such as USB devices, ODD, and so on.
Make sure system could boot into OS with the simplest configuration, and check if system still get this symptom.
If not, please install other devices back to the system one by one to check which devices cause the problem.

5. If possible, please boot into another HDD with clean OS to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
