" rel="nofollow - Hello everyone,

I tried to update my bios to 3.10 from 1.50, but neither the App Shop, nor the bios downloaded from the support page seems to work. I tried every single bios from the support page, and only the 1.60 worked. The other ones sais "The BIOS file does not support this model!!!" (even after 1.60 is installed). I am 100% sure that I have this motherboard, and I managed to install the 1.60 to it, so I don't know what is going on. In the app shop I managed to install every update, except the bios, and the Intel WLAN Driver. When I try to install these two first it takes me into the bios, but does not do anything, then it restarts the computer one more time, and neither of them is installed. Also, the 3.10 downloaded from the sup page actually does something, then asks for a restart, then it brings up the BIOS update screen, but it stays on 0% for eternity, just like it does when you do not place the BIOS file to the main directory in C (even tho it is there, just like the 1.60 was). What should I do? :( I really need that update, because I Will be an early adaptor of the 9th gen CPUs.

" rel="nofollow - have you tried using Instant Flash instead of Windows Bios Update?

Dear Hungibungi,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Please try to use the Instant Flash or BIOS Internet Flash function to update BIOS.
When using the Windows BIOS update, we suggest putting the BIOS file at a FAT32 format USB flash drive.

Thank you!
Yours truly,
ASRock TSD
