" rel="nofollow - I have BIOS 5.0 and I'm unable to run my G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200 hynix RAM at any XMP setting above 2133 without random memory crashes. I've tried 1.4v RAM voltage which didn't help, the BIOS has no LLC or SoC setting, but SoC is 1.1v in Ryzen Master. I'm running a Ryzen 7 1700 @ 3.9ghz/1.34375v prime95 stable. If I replaced it with B die RAM, will that allow for XMP speeds without crashes?

a 1700 @ 3.9ghz using 1.43 volts..............

either your really not spending much time getting it lower
or
the cpu is a bit of a lemon

now dont take that the wrong way its not meant to offend

but .......we must then ask has it also got a really bad memory controller that causing the ram to not even moderately clock over jedec

for reference my 1700 can run 3.9 ghz at 1.306 volts (its a little higher now to get the ram stable at 3466)  but its still not anywhere near your volts (i think im on 1.35, maybe 1.375) i cant recall without checking its been a while since i looked
