There is no codes or Dr. debug, no any LEDs and smth else. BIOS ver is 3.0. how can I understand what is problem with, CPU of Mobo?
I think this is my ES CPU, but Dr. Debug must show at least 00 code with wrong CPU, isn't it?
In case bad CPU, if I will.buy 2650 v3 , will.it work normal? Thanks

Being an ES CPU could be part of the problem, there are also 2 versions of the 2650L, the v3 and v4 variants. The v3 is supported on all BIOS versions but the v4 needs BIOS 3.0 or higher, now you say you have 3.0 on your board so theoretically it should work.

Make sure the CPU is seated properly in the socket (correct orientation) and that it is indeed the CPU you think it is, ES CPUs don't typically have what they are printed on the CPU, it is possible you have a different CPU to the one you think you have (possibly a v2 or v1 variant for older X79 boards). If you can, take a pic of the CPU so we can see the ID codes printed on it.

I often see Ebay and other e-sites selling scam ES CPUs, particularly with HEDT/Xeon CPUs where there are multiple CPUs of the same name with v1 - v5 suffixes denoting different platforms. By the fact that you are getting no LED activity on the board I would tend to suspect that the CPU is either not properly installed or it is not the correct CPU for the socket.
