It shouldn't make a difference which one you use, they both have a pump setting in the UEFI  There are 2 pump optimized headers for people using multiple pumps on dual radiator setups, both should function identically. -------------

The CPU Optional/Water Pump and the Chassis Optional/Water Pump header both can support maximum 1.5A (18W) fan power. The header default is set at fan mode, if you are using the water pump, please set to W-Pump mode under BIOS H/W Monitor page.
