Hello , I am building another computer and have been buying the parts separately slowly when I finished buying all the hardware, I went happily to build, however I realized that the mother board came without I / O shield, as has passed the three months to return, my seller did not accept replacing the motherboard or give me an I / O shield. I live in Brazil, we do not have an e-mail to contact asrock Brazil, any idea what can I do? Asrock USA can send me? Has anyone had a similar experience? Thank you .

You can try contacting ASRock technical support, hopefully they can help you with the IO shield: http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp" rel="nofollow - http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp It is safe to use the board without the IO shield.
