This POS "UEFI" BIOS really sucks!

Among other annoyances, I have a 4-bay SATA hot-swap tray and when I power-down and move drives about this damned BIOS decides on it's own to rearrange the boot order.

Is there any way to lock the boot order--or better yet is there a plain 'ol "stupid" non-UEFI BIOS that will work on this mobo?
