Hello everyone
I have just put together a new system with has

ASRock Z370M-ITX/ac CPus
Intel 8th Gen I5 8600k
EVGA 650 GQ 80+ Gold 650W
Corsair Hydro H60
16Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400MHz
And an Old GPU Since this system will just be used for hosting Online game servers / chat server for me and my friends

The problem I am having is it keeps freezing at random points E.G Bios menu or if i boot into windows and leave it for a bit it freezes. I have searched around the forums and seen people say about disabling XMP or lowering Vccio or Vccsa. but I'm not really sure about how to go about doing this not never really messed with the BIOS setting before

I have tried updating the BIOS to the latest 3.10 but that does not seem to have helped
I have also tried manually setting the DRAM frequency to 2400 and disable MRC Fast boot which I read could help but none of these have helped at all and I still keep getting the freezes.
Thanks http://https://l3t.tugraz.at/index.php/LehrbuchEbner10/user/viewPublicProfile/2517" rel="nofollow - .

Dear Kullboys,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try:

1.     Please load BIOS default to check if the system can work properly.

Press Del during POST to get into BIOS, press F9 to load BIOS default, press F10 to save and restart the system.

2.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.

You can follow the user manual page 21 to clear CMOS.

3.     Please reconnect your power supply, and check all power cable is connected properly.

4.     Please only install CPU, one stick memory, and system hard disk drive to check if the system can work properly.

5.     Please install one stick memory on each memory slot to check.

6.     Please change another memory to try step 4.

7.     Please reapply your CPU thermal grease, reinstall your CPU and check if your CPU socket pin is fine.

8.     Please try to reinstall your operating system to check.

9.     If possible, please change another CPU or memory to try.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD
