It has been 15 years since I last put together a computer.

 Issue can't format SATA drives?

BIOS/UEFI would only format the 1TB M24x4 PCIE, which was auto assigned as Disk0, Drive:C in Windows10.

Able to install Windows 10 enterprise, on the C drive.

SATA drives were designated AHCI in BIOS setup, and seen.

To format the new, additional SATA3 disks I had to use Windows10: [ Computer Management ] app.   did the trick.

My takeaway is the BIOS/UEFI will only format single drive.

It seems to me that this should be noted in ASROCK Manual's as there are numerous posts about this Issue.
