PC upgraded with Win10, newest BIOS and drivers. Now the auto start up does not work any more. With Win7 I started all night an automatic backup. What could be the reason that it is not possible to start my PC automaticly?

Maybe the upgrade went wrong.
It's advised not to do an upgrade, but a clean install when the setup offers. (not keeping any drivers and files)

Many thanks for your idea, but in fact it was a new installation on a formated disk of the W10edu-version.

Please write down all of your components.
Did You upgrade Your EFI to the last version? If any Overclock - reset the EFI to the def. settings, just for playing safe. Do a Memtest86+ and check Your hard drive with the tool provided by it's manufacturers.

Thanks for your message. A new fact came up by chance: With a time 23:59:00 it worked. All the days bevore I tried it with a time 00:01:00. I could leave it withe the eveningtime but now I am verifying wether it is realy the time next day that makes a problem or not. I will post it as soon as I have the information. Thanks until now. Last night checked and verifyed. Withe a time 00:01:00 it does not work and with 23:59:00 (2 minutes earlyer) everything is ok. Very strange!!! With additional up-time of 2 minutes I can live .
Many thanks again and bye bye.

Sorry, have to correct my Information:
Autostart is still not working !!!
Have no idea why it worked two times. Have to do more checkings to give additional details.
My PC is a tower with the ASRock P67 Extreme4 Prozessor: Intel i5 2500K RAM: 2 x 8GB SSD with 128 GB (System) RAID-0 from 3ware 80GB (Programs) RAID-5 from 3ware 1500GB (Data) Grafik AMD Radeon HD5450
Now I found this: In the DeviceManager is at >other devices - unknown device< a missing driver to find because it is unknown, I have no idea what to do.
Has anyone else an idea

Dear ASRock-Expert,
the Hardware-IDs are ACPI\VEN_INTDEV_33A0 ACPI\INT33A0 *INT33A0
It seams, as if you have an idea what do do.

That is the intel Smart Connect Technology device. Not having drivers installed for it should not cause your problem but you can find the driver http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/P67%20Extreme4/?cat=Download&os=Win1064" rel="nofollow - here for windows 10 64bit.
