i want to use the integrated graphics of the ryzen 3 2200g as my main output method but i dont know what bios setting do i need to change to use those integrated graphics

Without your system specs we can't help you. Different boards have different BIOS layouts not to mention, we don't know if you are using a dedicated GPU or not.
We need more info about your system ;) |

ok my motherboard is a asrock A-320M with two sticks of 8gb ddr4 ram 2400 clock speed, my cpu is a ryzen 3 2200g, my graphics card (witch i dont want to use) is a radeon r7 250 2g of v-ram and, i am connected to my monitor thrugh a vga port but i whant to use the html wich i've already connected but isnt using because the integrated graphics are off

In BIOS:
Advanced > Northbridge Configuration > Share memory Set it to anything other than auto That should enable the igpu on your 2200g

I dont have the merory shering option in my northbridge config, the only option that was there is SR-IOV
