   I have installes new hardware :
H310M-HDV
Intel 8th gen 8400
CMK16GX4M2A2666C16 ver:3.31

The system does not boot despite minimal devices connected properly.
I was pointed out that the QVL contained another version number for the ram.

Is this version known prevent booting?
Should/could this be the problem?
