Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4 - Install RAM not in list

   Hello,
I'm soon to buy a new PC (I will assemble it myself) and my choice for a motherboard is probably going to be the Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4. As RAM I would like to go for the Crucial Ballistix Sport LT: https://eu.crucial.com/eur/en/bls16g4d30besb but this particular RAM module is not in the supported list (to be honest, the DDR4-24000 list is quite short...) so I was wondering if you guys think that these modules will have issues on the board or not (do ASRock techs answer here on the forum?). The CPU would be a Ryzen 5 2600.

	Hiya! I would suggest you use the search funtion of this forum and look for the B450 K4; then make up your mind. Either ASRock' QA is non-existing or many guys here just picked the short straw, because their mobos (from the same model you're considering) have many issues. Last time I checked personally myself, ASRock BIOS implementation was not any good for VM, so if you're need some funky VM stuff, that's not the place. As for the RAM, 2400MT/s is the default for DDR4, so in theory at least, every CPU should work just fine with it.

	Thanks xhue! I have made a search using the string "Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4" and I've seen a couple of threads with issues, but nothing more. Thank you for the tip, I will have a better look (and indeed, I am planning to have 1-2 VMs running with virtualbox on linux)
