Hi

Had to register to have the chance to ask a question for witch i could not find an answer..

I assembled my computer in last december so i havent used it a lot.
My specs are:
Asrock Taichi Z370
i5 9600k
Noctua NH-D15S
1x Kingston 16gb 3000mhz ddr4
1x Intel 660P nvme 512gb as os&apps disk
1x Intel 660P nvne 1024gb as gaming disk
Asus gtx 970 from my old rig
Seasonic 650w prime ultra gold
Windows 10 home

So few days ago i used my computer normally and everything was working fine. The next day pc wont start no normal bootup lights no fan just dead.
So i tested the psu with the seasonic instructions and its working fine. My gpu has those white lights blinking which indicates that it is coonnected right and it seems to get some power.
The only other led that is blinking is the plphy1 led on upper left corner and under that black chipset gear looking cooler thing. I have not found anywhere anything about that led. Its blinking in sort of orange/red color.
I took a picture of it but i cant add it here.

So i tried to clear cmos but it didnt do anything because its not starting. Should i just RMA it or is there any good ideas whats going on?
