Hey, so I just built my new computer today and when I wanted to install windows I went to the BIOS to check the settings and turned on XMP. After that I cannot get back into the BIOS or try to boot and Install windows.
I get video output showing only the ASRock logo with the options to "Press F2" etc. but If I press anything nothing happens.

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1070 Nano
PSU: EVGA 500W 90 Plus Bronze
RAM: 2x 8GB (Slot a2 and b2) G-Skill AEGIS 3000MHz

I tried resetting CMOS but it didn't help.
Even tried running on 1 stick of ram in either of ram slots but I do not get anything.

Any advice?
Thamks

Using USB keyboard.

But I have figured out what was the problem.
It was my hard drive. It just stopped working and is dead and it was preventing the computer from booting.
