Hi guys,
bios 5.6 is out for Ryzen 3000 for x370 taichi anyway to know if it pushes pcie-4 to first slot? or M.2_1 ultra ??? anyone has official link somewhere else? |

AFAIK only Gigabyte have mentioned that they will do a similar stunt for one of their X470 variants, only for the GPU however.
AMD and other board partners simply mentioned possibilty for PCIe 4.0 but declined to commit to the cause further. Long story short - if you want PCIe 4.0 for NVMe drives you should get a X570 mobo. |

even without pci-e 4.0 its rated 32 Gb/s (4000 MB/s) which is fairly close to the upcoming nvme e.g.corsair mp600 4950 MB/s
just hope it can use the slots max speed of course the x570 support double that but current nvme arent close to those speeds |

I am yet to see a prosumer use case where 3200MB/s (PCIe 3.0 x4 max speed) is a bottleneck.

wrong math its 32Gb/s not 32GB/s
but yeah current nvme should do over 3200MB/s on seq reads |

in ttl's video his x470 was doing over 32Gb/s speed on pcie 4 m.2 this is good news hope its true for our boards
