I have the B450M-HDV R4 And the bios version is at 2.30 and using ryzen 3 2200g
and was wondering if it is safe or at all beneficial to update to the 3.10 version? |

No, don't update unless you are using a Ryzen 3000 CPU (the 3200g and 3400g do not count as Ryzen 3000 as they are based on Ryzen 2000).
