I want to use 13 hard drives to my Z77 Fatal1ty MB

   I would like to connect 13 hard drives plus a CD\DVD burner to my Asrock Z77 motherboard. I am using Windows 10  I have tried using a SYBA SI-PEX40064 PCI-Express 2.0 Low Profile Ready SATA III (6.0 Gb/s) Controller Card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2F834Y3022&cm_re=SATA_III_PCI-e-_-16-124-064-_-Product.  
But after installation the motherboard would not recognize it at all.  Can anyone recommend another solution?
