G10 no wifi detected

   Hey guys kinda fed hoping didnt get a brand new lemon. hooked it up led shows it has nets but none of my devices can find it on networks.  swapped back out to my old router no issues.   tried reset button, plugging unplugging still no good. I haven't tried ethernet but i should already be able to see the asrock wifi networks l.
