880GM-LE FX forgets graphics card

   Hi,
recently forgets the motherboard, the stinging in PCIe graphics card and switches to the onboard graphics.
Even after a restart is the graphics card does not exist.
It helps an expansion of R9 295x2 and installing a GTX 570
This is then recognized, but I did not install the drivers, special I build the
R9 295x2 again.
Now the R9 is present again. I turn now from the PC, the game starts again.
BIOS update made no improvement
Win7 reinstalled, no improvement
Old drivers for R9 295x2, no improvement
New driver not.
BIOS setting to PCI or PCIe no improvement

Motherboard defective?
