Problem with ram memory slots

   Hello guys i have asrock fatal1ty ab350 gaming k4 i buy a new ram memory and try it to put one in A channel and one in B channel but my pc shut down before the bios menu show up and now i use them in A1 and A2 i check the chipset its clear and i got new processor to, but i can?�t use my B channel any help or ideas?
