ASRock Z370 Gaming ITX weird behavior

   I've noticed when I exit from UEFI menu, no matter saving or discarding changes the system fully turns off and then turns on again without any problems. Despite of it isnt causing any issues, I dont recall this behavior before. Is it normal? I think it makes no sense to turn the machine off when you are quiting uefi discarding changes!
